Council Meetings, Agendas and Minutes
Ordinary meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month (except August & December) at 7pm in the Church Hall, St Mellion. There is also an annual meeting in May which is held straight after the 'Annual Meeting of Parish Electors' and directly before the Parish Council's ordinary meeting for that month.
In addition to these
set meetings, the Parish Council occasionally holds extraordinary
meetings and 'public meetings', for example, to hear parishioner views
on large, local planning applications.
All of these meetings are
held in public with parishioners and other interested parties encouraged
to attend. Notices, agendas and minutes are posted on the two notice
boards in St Mellion village (one by the phone box, one in The Glebe) as
well as being published below as pdf documents available for download.
